DIPPING STAGE
The condoms are manufactured with glass molds which are dipped into the compounded latex tanks. When the glass molds pass through the tank, they pick up a thin layer of latex. The dipping process is carried out twice to strengthen the latex film.
Then a bead is made in the open end of the condom by rotary brushes.
Afterwards, vulcanizing process is made in the same production line. The compounded latex liquid is vulcanized in high temperature ovens to increase the elasticity and the strength of latex.
Then condoms are stripped off the glass molds by means of water jets and brushes. Finally condoms are coated and dried.
