Compounding stage

All condoms from CEX INTERNACIONAL are made with premium natural rubber latex.

The raw materials: latex and chemical additives (stabilizers, preservatives, vulcanizing agents, etc.), are mixed in tanks after carrying out the corresponding quality controls.

The mixture is allowed to mature for a certain time under controlled environmental conditions.

To obtain the molding compound, various chemicals are mixed until obtaining particles of a specific size, these chemicals are then mixed with latex, water and soap for a period of 24 hours.

When the mixing process ends, the compound is poured into tanks to wait for it to mature. Maturation takes place at a specific temperature for 10 days. After this time, the compound is ready to enter on the production lines and begin the manufacturing process.
