Packaging stage

The sealed condoms are packaged in boxes with their respective leaflet. The batch number and expiration date of the condoms is also printed on these boxes. Depending on the size of the batch, a predetermined number of samples are retained to review the quality of the condoms through laboratory testings. The tests carried out are in accordance with EN ISO 4074. Every batch must get over the different quality tests before the product is sent to the customer.

Each condom has a batch assigned before the production process begins. Depending on the size of the batch, a defined number of samples are taken to carry out quality controls. The number of samples to be extracted is defined by all international quality standards.

Each batch of product shipped includes quality certificates that ensure that the product was been tested and approved to be sold in the market.
